Farmington SC 2023 Summer Academy Information

The Farmington SC 2023 Summer Academy begins on Saturday, June 3rd and ends on Saturday, August 5th - 9 weeks long.

Cost: $50

Players born in 2010 through 2016 may participate. Please contact me for age exceptions.

Coaches interested in helping should contact me prior to registering their child.

Player Evaluations (Recommended but not mandatory)

Saturday, June 3rd is the optional player evaluation day.

· Girls from 9am until 10:30am

· Boys from 10:30am until noon

· At the Farmington Soccer Complex - Field 2 (U10 fields)

Training Groups

Players would be assigned one training session per week based upon skill level/gender/age. They would be contacted via email with their group day and time prior to their first session.

Training sessions would be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (U8), and Thursday. Training sessions would start at 5:30pm and 6:30pm and last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Players may train in multiple groups with coach recommendation.

Academy Games

Academy games will be held on Saturday mornings. They are one hour long with start times at 9:00am, 10:00am and11:00am.

Pick-up style games – no set teams from week to week.

Summer Academy Theme

I am planning to return to the Principles of Play (United Soccer Coaches) theme that I have used in previous years.

All training sessions and games will be held at the Farmington Soccer Complex.
